Refund Policy

Jethva Marketplace products are digital, downloadable products such as source-code starters and developer resources.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Marketplace purchases. Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern transaction-level refund handling. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

You may request a refund through the support link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle buyer support. Refund eligibility is assessed under Paddle’s applicable policy and consumer law; Jethva does not promise a separate or conflicting refund window.

Where appropriate, access to a product may be withdrawn after a refund, reversal, or fraudulent transaction. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
