Marketplace Terms

Jethva supplies the digital products offered through Jethva Marketplace. Products may include downloadable software, source-code starters, templates, components, and developer resources created and supplied directly by Jethva.

Jethva Marketplace does not currently allow third-party sellers or vendors to list products.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles payment, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, and transaction-level refund requests. Jethva remains responsible for product-specific setup, technical, and license support.

A purchase grants you a license to use the purchased product; it does not transfer ownership of Jethva intellectual property.

You may use the starter in personal and commercial applications, modify it, and ship applications built using it.

You may not redistribute or resell the starter source, publicly publish the purchased source, sublicense or share the original starter source, or turn it into a competing redistributed template or boilerplate.

The complete commercial license supplied with the product governs your use if it provides additional detail.

Purchasing React Native Starter version 1.0.0 grants access to version 1.0.0 only. Future versions are not automatically included unless Jethva explicitly states otherwise. No lifetime updates or lifetime support are promised.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, deploying, and maintaining applications you build; configuring third-party services; complying with applicable laws and platform requirements; and determining whether the product is suitable for your intended use.

To the extent permitted by law, products are supplied as available and without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every project or third-party service. Jethva is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use, modification, deployment, or operation of a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Jethva may update these Terms prospectively. The version presented when you purchase applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
