Privacy Policy

When you purchase a product, Jethva may receive and store your buyer email, Paddle transaction and customer identifiers, purchased product and version, transaction amount and currency, purchase timestamp, download count, and last-download timestamp.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes payment information. Jethva does not receive or store your card number, card security code, or full payment-card details from Paddle.

Jethva uses Marketplace information to fulfill purchases, authorize secure downloads, maintain transaction and delivery records, provide product and license support, and prevent or investigate abuse and fraud where appropriate.

Paddle processes payments and acts as Merchant of Record. Supabase stores order and download operational data and private product artifacts. Vercel provides website hosting and site analytics where applicable.

These providers process information according to their respective services and policies.

Jethva does not sell buyer information. Information is shared only as needed to operate purchases, delivery, support, legal compliance, and the services described above. Transaction and delivery records may be retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
